Protecting Your Peace Without Losing Your Love
Many believers struggle with guilt when setting boundaries, believing that love requires unlimited access. But scripture presents a different picture. Throughout the Gospels, Jesus loved people deeply while still establishing healthy limits that protected His mission, His time, and His relationships.
This Transformation Lab explores the biblical foundation for boundaries and how they help sustain healthy relationships in families, friendships, workplaces, and ministry environments. Drawing from the teachings and example of Jesus, as well as wisdom from Proverbs and the early church, we will examine how God calls believers to steward their time, energy, and influence with wisdom.
Boundaries are not about withdrawing love; they are about protecting what God has entrusted to you so that love can remain healthy and sustainable.
In this lab, you will learn how to:
• Understand the biblical difference between love, responsibility, and enabling
• Recognize relational patterns that drain emotional and spiritual energy
• Identify when compassion is being manipulated or misused
• Establish healthy boundaries without guilt, hostility, or fear
• Maintain kindness and compassion while protecting your calling and assignment
This lab is ideal for anyone seeking to cultivate healthy, God-honoring relationships while stewarding their peace, purpose, and personal well-being.
