Lead the vision and strategy for Change Church’s holistic wellness ministry across all campuses. This role creates year-round programs that integrate physical fitness, emotional and mental wellness, and spiritual growth for youth, adults, and seniors. The Director oversees recreation spaces and fitness experiences, collaborates across ministries, and ensures wellness is woven into groups, cohorts, and church-wide formation. Partnerships with the Emotional Wellness Consultant help embed mental and emotional health practices into all experiences.

The Executive Administrator supports leaders by managing details, coordinating logistics, maintaining systems, and ensuring information flows accurately across platforms. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The Chief Financial Officer serves as a key executive leader responsible for the financial health, integrity, growth, and long-term sustainability of Change Church. This leader translates organizational vision into financial strategy, financial strategy into scalable systems, and financial data into clear insights that support wise decision-making.
The CFO provides strategic leadership across financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, cash and treasury management, financing, acquisitions, capital planning, and financial infrastructure. This leader ensures Change Church has the financial clarity, discipline, and resources necessary to support its current operations and advance its long-term, multi-site ministry vision.
This position requires more than technical financial expertise. The CFO must be a strategic thinker, trusted executive advisor, capable team leader, and effective communicator who can navigate the pace, complexity, and relational dynamics of a growing megachurch. The ideal candidate can protect the organization’s financial integrity while also helping leadership responsibly pursue vision.

Controller
The Controller is the senior accounting leader responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of Change Church’s accounting operations and financial reporting. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller owns the general ledger, monthly and year-end close, financial statement preparation, accounting policies, and the internal control environment across the church’s multi-site operations.
This leader provides technical accounting direction, develops the accounting team, and ensures daily financial activity is executed through clear ownership, disciplined review, and reliable systems. The Controller maintains appropriate oversight without becoming the primary processor of work assigned to the Assistant Controller or Accounting Coordinator and equips the CFO with dependable financial information for planning and decision-making.
