Ephesians 4 tells us God gave shepherds and teachers to equip the saints for the work of ministry. Some of that equipping happens from a platform. Much of it happens at a table, in the conversation after the teaching, where truth gets personal and formation actually takes root.
That’s what the Facilitating Shepherds Academy exists to train.

- Change U Groups — weekly environments where people are known, challenged, and grown
- Made Men, Marriage Bootcamp, BecomingHER — and every pathway where transformation happens in community
Table Hosts contribute to transformation through presence — cultivating trust, belonging, and attentive listening.
Lead Facilitators contribute through principles — stewarding content, articulating vision, and creating theological clarity.
Both are ministry. Both are needed. Both are trained here.
