The Dream Team is made up of incredible people who use their gifts and passions to help build and grow Change Church. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, to leading future world changers to Jesus by serving on one of our NextGen Youth and Young Adult Teams, to crafting life-changing experiences with the Events Team, to tearing down relational barriers by leading a Small Group. Our Dream Team advances the Kingdom of God by transforming lives through excellent service.
A Team
The A-Team is the Administrative force behind every event, conference, and gathering at Change Church. The beauty of the A-Team is that it is made up of members from each location working together to execute a project. When the A-Team walks in, help walks in! The A-Team gets it done!

Bookstore
The purpose of the Bookstore (Change Store) is to serve as a resource center for members and guests by providing supplemental resources that assist people with growth & development (books, devotional guides, etc.) and offer ministry brand apparel that represents who we are and reflects what we do.

Change Choir
The Change Choir is a vibrant community of singers, ages 18 and up, united by a passion to uplift hearts and glorify Jesus. Blending the rich sounds of traditional gospel with the energy of contemporary and urban Christian music, we aim to reach worshippers of all ages and walks of life.

The purpose of the Change Groups Team is to facilitate content and community aimed at fostering the Spiritual Formation of our members. The Change Groups Team provides Coaching, Connection and Care people need to fulfill their purpose, and engage in application of the Third Way principles they learn.

Connect Team
The purpose of the connections team is to provide loving support and considerate guidance for those interested in deeper involvement in our ministry ecosystem. This team serves as a part of the assimilation process by supporting our guests and members through our pathways for Spiritual Formation. This team helps our members transition effectively into our Spiritual Family.

Events Team
The purpose of the Events Team is to assist in the planning and executing of events within the church (Ministry events) and in the community (Outreach events). A few examples include the in-person Outpour Saturday Experiences, Transformation Labs, The Citywide Baby Shower, and Change R’ Us and more!

Global concierge
Global Concierge is a team that serves out-of-town guests and global members by providing them with a breathtaking first impression at our physical locations. Our purpose is to help produce and maintain a transformative first-time experience by creating an authentic atmosphere for all global guests attending Change Church worship gatherings.

Guest experience
GXP is Change Church’s elite welcome force, preparing for and serving every registered and unregistered guest who enters our doors. We curate a seamless, first-time guest experience designed to help every person feel seen, supported, and at home. From hosting shuttle rides to coordinating administration and check-in, from facilitating welcome calls to assisting our Associate Pastors to stepping into “anything, everything, or nothing at all”, we move with mission, excellence, and heart. We are the culture-carriers who turn moments into ministry and guests into family!

Guest Services
The Guest Services Team is the reliable hub of clarity in the main lobby, serving as the essential information resource for our entire congregation. This team extends radical hospitality by proactively addressing questions, providing directional help, and offering thoughtful solutions for everything from event details to the Lost & Found. They are committed to operational health by ensuring every guest and member leaves with the clarity and support they need to take their next step.

Health & Wellness
Our Health & Wellness team helps to medically assist members who need assistance while attending a Change Church worship gathering and/or special event. We are the medical liaisons in the event of a medical emergency.

The Hospitality Team is to create a family feel experience by serving refreshments, meals, and beverages to guest and dream team members.

Hosts
Our Hosts strategically manage the environment of the auditorium by assisting in creating a seamless worship experience. They are the guardians against alienation, frustration, and confusion, expertly guiding people to their seats with grace and focus. By maintaining order and flow, the Hosts ensure every guest and member can settle in quickly and engage fully, allowing the ministry of the Word and Worship to take immediate effect.

NextGen
The NextGen Team helps to create an environment where children from kindergarten through fifth discover and develop a passion for God through worship, Bible teachings, small groups and a variety of fun activities. Children are taught God’s Word and grow in their relationship with Him.

Media Team
This team utilizes technology to connect Change Church to the world. We provide a creative environment for you to use your gifts to serve the world. This team is responsible for live and recorded video, photography, audio production, graphics, lighting, and more!

Online Host
This team serves as both our Welcome Team and Guest Services Team by welcoming viewers from across the world in the chat, answering questions, sharing helpful links/resources, and connecting with people through our weekly online Change experiences or online special events.

Parking Team
It is the responsibility of the Parking Team to serve as the frontline of Change Church and make sure that people encounter authentic welcome expressions when they arrive on our grounds. We are excited and filled with joy each time we see a person driving up to worship with our family, and we express that excitement and joy in the way we greet them.

Security
The Security Team is to ensure a secure and safe environment for all congregants in attendance during worship gatherings and special events. The Security Team pays close attention to all aspects of the gathering to prevent the enemy’s tactics of interruption from taking place. The Security Team is a team that remains watchful in order to guard the flow of service and make certain that everything is done decently and in order.

This team facilitates a breathtaking experience for services and special events by setting up, breaking down, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the functionality of our facilities.

WORSHIP TEAM
Change Worship is an audition-only vocal team that serves across all locations weekly. Through enthusiastic, Christ-focused, engaging, and relevant worship experiences, we aim to help as many people as possible have authentic encounters with God. Auditions are held 2-3 times per year. Look out for sign up opportunities.

Prayer Team
The purpose of the Prayer Team is to ensure care, community and connection for the guests and members of Change Church. It is the responsibility of this team to assist the Pastor and Campus Pastors by praying for our guests and members at the end of a gathering; and invite them to take the next steps in salvation.
