What should I wear?

Friday: Girls’ Night Chic
Wear your favorite kimono, silk pajamas, satin set, or elevated loungewear. Think cozy, beautiful, appropriate, and camera-ready.

Saturday: Casual or Fitness Attire
We’ll be moving throughout the day with wellness experiences and interactive activities, so come comfortable. Athleisure, workout attire, or relaxed casual clothing is encouraged.

Is lunch included?

Yes. Lunch is included with your registration on Saturday.

What does Atlanta VIP include?

Atlanta VIP guests receive exclusive experiences and a VIP swag bag, including a Friday evening Meet & Greet and a special Saturday morning wellness experience before the conference begins.

What does Virtual VIP include?

Virtual VIP includes an exclusive F.L.O.W. swag bag, the guided F.L.O.W. journal by Pastor Shameka Daniels, a private virtual session with Pastor Shameka, and access to the Global virtual experience. Explore the Virtual VIP experience.

Will there be vendors?

Can I attend if I come by myself?

Absolutely. Many women attend FLOW on their own. Throughout the weekend, you’ll have opportunities to meet new women, participate in Sister Connect activities, and build meaningful relationships.

What time should I arrive?

Friday
Check-in opens at 6:00 PM.
Doors open at 6:30 PM.

Saturday
Doors open at 9:15 AM.
The conference begins promptly at 10:00 AM.

Is childcare available?

No. Childcare will not be provided for this event.

Is the event appropriate for teenagers?

FLOW is designed for women ages 18 and older.

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the ChangeHer F.L.O.W. Event 2026 at Change Church.

We are excited to welcome local businesses, entrepreneurs, creatives, and community partners into this meaningful space for women to connect, grow, be encouraged, and experience community. Attendees will discover businesses, products, and services that complement their personal, professional, spiritual, and everyday lives.

Please note: Vendor participation is limited to the designated vendor date and hours. Vendors may not sell or promote products outside the designated vendor area or event hours unless approved by the ChangeHer F.L.O.W. event team.

Vendor setup

Each approved vendor will receive one designated vendor space, one table, and two chairs.

Vendors are responsible for all other items needed for setup and operation, including products, displays, signage, décor, equipment, extension cords, payment systems, additional seating, and other booth supplies.

Vendors should arrive during the designated setup window to allow adequate time to prepare before attendees enter the vendor area.

Application approval & vendor fee

A $100 non-refundable vendor fee is required to participate. Your vendor space is confirmed only after:

  • Your vendor application has been reviewed and approved.
  • The $100 non-refundable vendor fee has been received.
Vendor guidelines

To maintain a welcoming, professional, empowering, and faith-centered environment, vendors must agree to the following:

  • Vendors may sell or promote only products and services appropriate for a church and women-focused event and relevant to the ChangeHer F.L.O.W. audience.
  • The sale or distribution of illegal substances, alcohol, drug-related products, inappropriate or explicit paraphernalia, or other prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
  • Change Church may refuse the sale, display, promotion, or distribution of any product, service, material, or merchandise that does not align with event standards.
  • Change Church may deny or revoke vendor participation at any time when a vendor, product, service, or promotional material does not align with ChangeHer F.L.O.W. values and expectations.
  • Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licenses, permits, and requirements related to their business, products, and services.
  • Vendors are responsible for the security and supervision of merchandise, equipment, money, and personal belongings. Change Church is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • Vendors are responsible for accepting and processing their own payments and should arrive prepared with their preferred payment methods and systems.
  • Change Church does not guarantee sales, attendance, revenue, customer traffic, exposure, or other business results from vendor participation.
  • Vendors must maintain a professional, welcoming, and respectful presence throughout the event and remain within their designated vendor space unless directed otherwise.
  • Vendors must follow all setup, breakdown, parking, load-in/load-out, and event-day instructions from the ChangeHer F.L.O.W. event team.
  • Vendors may not distribute promotional materials, solicit attendees, or promote products or services outside their designated space unless specifically approved by the event team.
