The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing and communications plan that aligns with the mission and objectives of Change Church. This role will lead all aspects of digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and external communications, while overseeing the Digital Specialist and Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Director will also play a critical role in implementing systems and processes to optimize workflows, manage content, and ensure consistency across platforms. This individual will work collaboratively with internal departments and external vendors to enhance the church’s visibility, engagement, and brand presence.
The purpose of the Facilities Tech role is to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of our facilities through effective maintenance, repair, and upkeep.
The Kids Director role provides leadership, vision, and direction that creates a vibrant, safe, atmosphere for the children, parents, and children’s ministry team of Change Church. The Kids Pastor will manage and execute the direction of Change Kids at the Change DeKalb location. This oversight includes direct responsibility for Change Kids, the development and maintenance of Change Littles, and to ensure children’s ministry is an organized, safe, comfortable environment for parents.
The Next Gen Pastor at Change Church is responsible for overseeing the middle school and high school ensuring a cohesive and dynamic approach to discipleship and spiritual growth for all Next Gen age groups. This role includes developing and implementing strategies, creating engaging programs, and leading a team of ministry leaders and volunteers to fulfill the mission and vision of Change Church.
