The Next Gen Director provides leadership and direction to the Youth and Young Adult ministry of Change Church for all locations and creates a life-giving atmosphere of vibrant and enticing discipleship and evangelism for the children, teens, young adults, parents and the youth & young adult ministry teams of Change Church locations.

Connections Director – New Jersey or ATL Location

The Connections Director will provide leadership to the Change Track and Small Groups Coordinator. They will also lead the assimilation process of new members and visitors of Change Church to develop a strategy to increase ministry recruiting, ministry retention and ministry replication. This position will also collaborate with the Ministries Pastor to develop a leadership pipeline for Change Church.

Atlanta Admin – Atlanta Location

The Atlanta Administrator must be organized, strategic, and administrative with the ability to execute the vision
with a plan for events and assisting in the leadership of the Atlanta, GA location. Responsible for ensuring all worship experiences are executed with excellence, serve as administrative point of contact for volunteers, and manage the operations of Change Church. This position is responsible for the effective administration of the Atlanta location, including effective utilization of all standard operating systems, policies, and processes.
