Next Gen – This ministry consists of Young Adult (ICONIC), Youth (middle & high school), and Kids (pre-K-5th) ministries. They serve by leading the current and next generations into a passionate relationship with God in a fun-filled, safe and friendly environment.

Media Team – This team utilizes technology to connect Change Church to the world. We provide a creative environment for you to use your gifts to serve the world. This team is responsible for live and recorded video, photography, audio production, graphics, lighting, and more!

Social Media – This team serves as a digital evangelist to help spread the message through a social strategy to help bring Change Church to the world through our digital platforms.

Online Host – This team serves as our Welcome, Member Services, and Change team all in one by welcoming viewers from across the world in the chat, answering questions, sharing helpful links/resources, and connecting with people through our weekly online Change experiences or online special events.

Bookstore – A resource center serving as an extension of Pastor’s messages that also provides tools to source and supplement our congregation’s journey to spiritual formation.

Connect Team – This team serves to support the assimilation process to the Change Family.  This team helps to connect members to the life of the church.

Change Team – This team serves as the spiritual formation arm of the church by serving as Facilitators, Facilitator Assistants, and Administrators.

Events Team – This team facilitates and organizes all major church-wide events, and provides hospitality to all guests.  This team is responsible for the coordination, planning, design, set-up, and service preparation of all events and special projects.

Health & Wholeness – The purpose of the Health & Wholeness team is to release parishioners from the mentality and culture of unhealthy living. This team helps members “prosper and be in health” through educational seminars, fitness training, and providing medical assistance during our worship gatherings. We serve as medical liaisons in the event of a medical emergency. Our team helps to medically assist the people of God in ensuring their safety and well-being while attending Change Church worship gatherings and special events.

Temple Team– This team ensures a breathtaking experience through the ministry of help. We embody the heart of “Anything, Everything, or nothing at all.” This team facilitates a breathtaking experience for services and special events by setting up, breaking down, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the functionality of our facilities.

Security– This team helps provide a safe and secure environment before, during, and after worship
gatherings and special events.

Frontline – The Frontline Team provides authentic and welcoming expressions for guests arriving on the grounds of Change Church. This team provides a touch of classy service to all guests and visitors of the church to make their church and special events a memorable experience from the time they arrive. It should excite you and give you joy each time you see a person driving up to worship with our family, and your joy and excitement should be expressed in the manner you greet them.

Hosts – This produces and maintains a transformative worship experience by creating an authentic an atmosphere of love and acceptance for all people attending Change Church worship gatherings. This team provides a warm and exciting experience by greeting, assisting, and seating guests.

Member Services – Member Services Team serves as the information center for members and visitors. It provides accurate and up-to-date information to members and visitors by serving as the epicenter for information distribution, event registration, and integration into the life of Change Church. The Member Services team aids in eliminating alienation and frustration by providing breathtaking customer-focused friendly service to all we encounter. Integrating members into the life of Change Church is one of the primary concerns of the church, and this venue will provide the necessary information and tools needed to enhance the member’s overall experience of God and Change Church.
